High Reach Stand-Up Hi-Lo Forklift Operator

A leading food manufacturing facility in Swedesboro, NJ. is seeking experienced Stand-Up Hi-Lo Forklift Operators with High Reach experience to join their team. This role involves operating a stand-up high-reach forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials in a refrigerated warehouse, including a freezer section.

• Safely operate a stand-up high reach HI-LO Forklift to transport and store products.
• Reach 8-10 bays high to pick and place inventory accurately.
• Work efficiently in cold and frozen environments while following safety standards.
• Load and unload materials from racks, trucks, and production areas.
• Maintain warehouse organization and assist with inventory control.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper equipment operation.

Requirements:

• Previous stand-up HI-LO experience required (high reach required).
• Ability to operate a forklift at heights of 8-10 bays.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse with a freezer section.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts:

• One week: 4 shifts (12hrs each).
• Next week: 3 shifts (12hrs each).
  

The start day rotates weekly:

• Week 1: Schedule starts on Monday.
• Week 2: Schedule starts on Tuesday.
• Week 3: Schedule starts on Wednesday.
• This pattern continues, shifting the start day forward each week.
