About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office Manager to join our team at Country Arch Care Center in Union Township, New Jersey. As a member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial, administrative, and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Financial Management: Provide financial leadership and support to senior management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and training to ensure effective performance.
