As our Invoicing Specialist, you'll be the master of providing billing to our clients. About the Job – What You’ll Do:

• Review billing documents and related data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify missing data and correct when necessary
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to resolve discrepancies regarding client or vendor billing
• Create client invoices
• Upload invoices using various third-party platforms
• Support the team by cross-training in additional administrative duties

This job is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch break (because we gotta refuel!). We offer competitive pay with performance-based raises.
