A busy orthopedic medical practice currently seeking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee daily management and long-term operational strategy. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily operations across multiple departments, including the call center, clinical services and revenue cycle.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, PAs, administrative staff, and clinical support personnel.
• Review insurance contracts to ensure optimal reimbursement.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff performance to maximize productivity and quality of care.
• Address staffing issues and ensure appropriate coverage across shifts.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee the credentialing department to ensure all providers are up to date with insurances and hospitals.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the patient experience.
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to align operational strategies with clinical goals.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or business administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical office management, preferably in Orthopedics or Pain Management.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and practice compliance.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications.
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Medical office billing experience is an asset.
• Bilingual a plus
