What You'll Do:

With the support of the Practice Manager and Clinic Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day flow of the clinic by:

• Seating patients promptly and prepping for orthodontic procedures
  
• Placing separators, wires, elastic chains, and prepping teeth for bonding or Invisalign attachments
  
• Monitoring and coaching patients on oral hygiene
  
• Assisting the orthodontist and anticipating their needs during procedures
  
• Taking X-rays, CBCT scans, iTero scans, and impressions
  
• Charting patient notes and scheduling follow-up appointments
  
• Communicating clearly with parents about treatment plans and answering questions
  
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, well-stocked clinical environment
  
• Performing daily/weekly clinical side tasks as assigned
  
• Attending daily huddles and staff meetings
  
• Reporting any equipment issues to the Practice Manager

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is required (orthodontics preferred)

• Committed to the position arriving on time daily and staying late as needed.
