Job Summary:

At Medical Essential Diagnostics, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vein Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating venous disorders, utilizing both conservative and interventional techniques. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients with conditions such as varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, and other vascular issues. We are looking for the right candidate to start as a part time position (1 day per week).

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including medical history and physical examinations.

● Perform diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound and venography to evaluate venous conditions.

● Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.

● Administer non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments, including sclerotherapy, laser therapy, and endovenous laser ablation.

● Educate patients on vein health, treatment options, and post-procedure care.

● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulations.

● Stay current with advancements in vein treatment technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

● Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.

● Board certification in vascular surgery, cardiology, or a related specialty.

● Fellowship training in vein treatment or a related field is preferred.

● Valid state medical license and board certification.

● Proven experience in diagnosing and treating venous disorders.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Compassionate approach to patient care.

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to perform procedures requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and manage the physical demands of the job.

● Open to Travel to a Sister Location if applicable
