About the Role:
Join WHITTENDALE EXCAVATING CORP as a Pipe Laborer in Mount Laurel, NJ, where you'll play a vital role in our excavation projects. We're looking for dedicated individuals eager to contribute to our team's success and help us deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of piping systems.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools for excavation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy in installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or excavation preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
