Immediate Hire Capizzi Law Offices is seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to join our team.
This position is ideal for a professional, organized, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, route calls to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival and ensure a professional front-office experience
- Schedule meetings and maintain attorney and office calendars
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and the office manager to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and creating and maintaining client files
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks in a busy office setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law office
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle feedback and willingness to learn (coachable)
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Outlook , and Microsoft Word
