Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. Ive spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day. I bring energy and enthusiasm into the office, creating a workplace thats upbeat, supportive, and team-oriented. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Teri Digrande - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
