As a **Security Officer - CRE Property Patrol** in **Summit, NJ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular visible presence and attentive observation. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, maintaining strong communication, and providing outstanding customer service to those on site. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, incidents, or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident records as required by Allied Universal protocols.
+ Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the commercial real estate property.
+ Collaborate with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members to address and resolve concerns as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
