Overview
A growing manufacturing company in the Somerset County, NJ area that produces electro-mechanical power connection products is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Coordinator. This role supports daily accounting, invoicing, and operational processes while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain daily currency exchange rates
Process daily shipment invoicing, including freight and tariff charges, and attach tracking numbers
Send invoices to customers and maintain accurate Accounts Payable contact information
Match staging tags with order acknowledgements and maintain organized documentation
Process vendor invoices by matching them with received stock receipts
Manage vendor credits, including returns, debit memos, and AP vouchers
Issue and track RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) for customer returns
Process credit memos after returns are received
Generate marketing credits and freight invoices when required
Resolve and process pricing discrepancy credits
Process credit card transactions
Prepare monthly sales reports for sales representatives
Support sample order entry from the sales team
Perform occasional inventory adjustments and stock receipts

Requirements
2+ years of experience in accounting, operations, or administrative support
Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, or financial documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
Strong communication skills for internal teams and customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
Experience processing RMAs, vendor credits, or freight invoicing
Exposure to international transactions or currency exchange rates
