Sr. Legal Billing Specialist - $60,000 - $80,000 DOE
Our well-known mid-sized law firm client (conveniently located in Roseland, NJ, has an immediate need to hire a Sr. Legal Billing Specialist to join their team. Responding candidates must have 4+ years of law firm billing experience and be familiar with all billing related tasks including handling time entries, rates, matter codes, time entry descriptions, drafting prebills, editing, writing invoices up or down, proofreading, finalizing invoices, etc.
Responding candidates should also have advanced Excel, Word, Outlook and E-Billing experience. SurePoint billing software is a plus.
