Part-Time Group Fitness Coach – FIIT CULTURE (East Hanover, NJ)

Are you the coach who walks into a room and instantly brings the energy up?
FIIT CULTURE is looking for a part-time Group Fitness Coach who thrives on connection, knows how to command a room, and is ready to lead high-energy, strength-driven hybrid and group training sessions.

We're not your average gym — we’re a strength-focused, community-first training studio built on empowerment, accountability, and results. If you’ve got coaching experience and can handle 15–25 people with confidence, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach group strength and hybrid HIIT classes (15–25 clients per session)

• Deliver high-energy sessions while teaching proper form, mechanics, and modifications

• Create an inclusive, non-intimidating environment for all fitness levels

• Help members progress and track performance

• Assist with member engagement, onboarding, and retention

• Contribute to content (videos, stories, social media) if comfortable on camera

You Are:

• A magnetic, energetic presence who owns the room

• Certified in Personal Training or Group Fitness (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)

• Experienced with strength training, functional movement, and HIIT formats

• Confident coaching groups of 15+ people

• Comfortable working with all levels, from beginner to advanced

• Punctual, reliable, and coachable

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in boutique fitness or group strength settings

• Are CPR/AED certified

• Can sub in last-minute or pick up extra shifts when needed

• Are looking to grow into more hours or leadership long-term
