The work involves woodworking, building frameworks, reading blueprints, meeting building codes, and any other tasks needed or directed by the project manager. Compensation:$35 - $55 hourly
Responsibilities:- Assist with framing walls, floors, ceilings, and structural modifications.
- Install doors, windows, trim, baseboard, crown molding, and finish carpentry
- Install cabinetry, shelving, hardware, and accessories.
- Assist with flooring installation (LVT)
- Build temporary protections, dust containment, and site barriers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
- Work alongside subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Identify punch list items and complete high-quality repairs.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers.
- Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity
- Precise measuring and math skills are required
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques
