Bilingual Sr Center Store Specialist

Position Overview

The Senior Center Store will be responsible to consult, advise, and direct the company's retail customer base on best practices to grow Center Store Categories, including Dry Grocery, Frozen, Dairy and GM/HBC, as well as drive market share and increased non-perishable revenue and profitability. The position will engage decision makers and Independent Retailers who are involved with assisting with sales and merchandising of: Corporate Brands; New item Introductions and Product Concentration increases associated with high priority categories.

Travel required. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

• Drive the distribution of Corporate Brands, filling all and establishing a fair share of shelf for current and potential SKUs
• Gain authorization and distribution on New Items in line with sell-in objectives and forecast of revenue goals
• Identify and act on major PCR growth opportunities
• Visit routed individual stores to assist retailers in achieving and maintaining a business relationship with the company, including problem solving, negotiating, and development of programs while securing integrity and trust between the company and the retailer
• Provide regular on new items, merchandising and departmental best practices
• Assist Grocery department managers, owners, and/or supervisors with product selection, training on new products and proper merchandising, retails to establish proper gross profits for departments, assist writing ads using ad program, and maintaining the product list with acceptable retails
• Sell special buy programs and associated merchandising programs

Years Of Experience
