Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to help drive growth by generating and qualifying leads for our cutting-edge X-ray and trace detection products. This is a hybrid role based out of our Pine Brook, NJ headquarters.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to connect security decision-makers with our regional sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, curiosity about technology, and a passion for proactive sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, CRM data, online research, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct initial outreach to introduce Autoclear’s solutions and assess customer needs.
• Update and manage lead data in CRM software.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers to hand off qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
• Report regularly on lead generation activity, sales status, and market feedback.
• Learn and articulate Autoclear’s product offerings and value proposition to a diverse customer base.
• Support strategic sales efforts by participating in team meetings and staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client outreach roles
• Experience in manufacturing, security, or technology sectors is a plus
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasive abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
