Your impact

• Own CNC setups and production of standard parts with minimal supervision, hitting spec and schedule.
• Create and input basic CNC programs; verify and refine tool paths.
• Manage cutting speeds, chip loads, and tool wear to protect quality and efficiency.
• Inspect part geometry and hold tight tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Load, unload, and deburr parts to keep flow moving.
• Flag and resolve issues with machinery, tooling, or workholding before they become problems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

What you bring

• High school diploma, GED, or completion of an Apprenticeship program.
• 3–5 years of progressive CNC machining experience.
• Hands-on ability to program CNC machines (basic program development and edits).
• Fluency in print reading and GD&T.
• Proficiency using indicators, micrometers, optical comparators, thread gages, gage pins, etc.
• Analytical mindset with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proven capability to detect and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Composure under pressure; able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Mechanical aptitude; collaborates well and performs independently.
• Safety-first attitude, integrity, and a growth mindset.
