Part-Time Administrative Professional
Administrative Professional - Real Estate Closings We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for providing Real estate Closing Documents in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, and scheduling closing dates. We need an experienced Administrative Support Staff member to handle Real estate Closing reports for Community Associations. This is a part-time position that can grow into a full-time position in our Pine Brook, NJ office. Responsibilities:
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
- Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
- Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- High school diploma or GED required
