Technical Lead Full Stack

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead Full Stack with expertise in React, Node.js, and enterprise-grade architecture. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and customer-facing solutions while leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in React for modern, scalable, customer-facing portals.
• Strong experience with Node.js (Express) developing GraphQL and REST APIs .
• Hands-on experience with NextAuth.js , JWTs , and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for authentication and authorization.
• Experience with relational and cloud data warehouses ( SQLite for development, Snowflake for production/staging).
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture , cloud deployment , and security best practices .
• Proven ability to design APIs, database schemas, and system integrations .
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities, with proven experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Advanced English

Main Activities

• Lead the design and implementation of customer-facing web portals with React.
• Architect and develop backend APIs with Node.js (GraphQL and REST).
• Implement and manage authentication and authorization workflows .
• Design and optimize database schemas and integrations across SQLite and Snowflake.
• Drive performance optimization and tuning for modern JavaScript applications.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor the engineering team, promoting best practices and technical excellence.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
