We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Monitor safety compliance and maintain quality standards on all job sites
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders accurately and on time
• Track progress, update schedules, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to guide project execution
• Support and collaborate with superintendents and field crews

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction project management preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
