Salary: $115,000 $125,000 + Bonus Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee culinary execution for elegant events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale affairs.
• Collaborate with leadership and event teams to develop elevated menus that reflect seasonality, sophistication, and client expectations.
• Ensure operational excellence from production to platingdriving consistency, presentation, and exceptional quality.
• Take full ownership of kitchen operations, including staffing, logistics, ordering, inventory, and execution.
• Design dishes that balance creativity with kosher guidelines, pushing the envelope of whats possible in refined kosher-style dining.
• Maintain impeccable standards in food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Work directly with high-profile clients and VIP guests, ensuring all culinary aspects exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of executive-level culinary experience, preferably in luxury catering or fine dining.
• Proven ability to manage upscale, multi-format events with discretion and elegance.
• Familiarity with kosher cuisine preferred; must be open and respectful of dietary laws.
