About Our Client:

A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is expanding its oncology financial navigation program and seeking a dedicated Team Lead to support multiple hospital sites while overseeing onsite Financial Navigators.

Job Description:

The Oncology Financial Navigator Team Lead provides onsite leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for financial navigation teams across several New Jersey hospitals. The role includes hands-on patient financial counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as onsite team lead across multiple hospital locations.
• Provide daily leadership, mentoring, onboarding, and training for Financial Navigators.
• Monitor workflows, productivity, team performance, and compliance.
• Manage complex patient financial navigation cases across sites.
• Travel daily between assigned New Jersey sites.

Qualifications:

• EPIC experience (required)
• Background in patient financial eligibility, billing, Medicaid eligibility, social work, or patient advocacy
• Hospital or oncology experience strongly preferred
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active insurance
