Company Overview
The A. L. Wilson Chemical Company is a small manufacturer currently led by its fourth-generation owner-manager. Wilson is looking to hire an additional full-time hourly worker for its manufacturing team.
Wilson manufactures stain removal agents and sells them through its network of distributors to professional drycleaners and launderers around the world. All Wilson manufacturing is conducted at their Kearny, NJ, warehouse.

What You’ll do:
- Receiving & warehousing raw materials and packaging components.
- Batch manufacturing.
- Bottling, package assembly, and packing.
- Order assembly.
- Shipping of finished products.
- Equipment and building maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations, preferably in a production or packaging environment.
- Ability to operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material handling processes, including receiving and shipping procedures.
- Ability to follow batch manufacturing instructions and quality control standards with strong attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment and facility maintenance as needed.
