Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing individual for a Recruiter position in Florence, NJ . In this role, you will actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Your Day:
- Client Consultation & Needs Analysis – Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, job roles, qualifications, and assignment durations.
- Candidate Sourcing & Attraction – Use online job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks to identify and attract talent.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing – Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and perform reference checks as needed.
- Candidate Placement & Onboarding – Place selected candidates and guide them through onboarding for a seamless start.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Record Keeping & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and placement data; prepare internal reports.
- Target Achievement – Consistently strive to meet and exceed recruitment and placement goals.
- Compliance – Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
About You:
- Professional-level fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- 2+ years proven background in temporary staffing recruitment .
- Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
- Familiar with a wide range of recruitment methods and platforms.
- Solution-oriented and responsive to changing client needs.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated to hit and exceed placement targets.
- Committed to accuracy and compliance in all documentation and processes.
Pay Rate & Schedule:
- Pay: $50k to $60k annually
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
