Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Drywall & Interior Systems Estimator for a well-established, union commercial interiors contractor based in New Jersey with a strong project pipeline across NJ and NYC . This is a senior estimating role focused strictly on drywall and interior systems for commercial interior projects.
This position suits a highly technical estimator who values accuracy, professionalism, and long-term fit within a stable organization.
Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates for drywall, framing, and interior systems

Perform takeoffs from construction drawings

Develop accurate, competitive pricing for commercial projects

Review supplier and subcontractor pricing

Support bid strategy and awarded project handoff
Requirements
-
Extensive experience estimating drywall and interior systems only

Proven NYC commercial drywall estimating experience
-
Background with a specialty drywall/interiors contractor (not GC)
-
Union experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of NYC market pricing and labor
