RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review project details and ensure the crew has all necessary tools and materials
- Lead installations for residential and light commercial projects, meeting industry standards
- Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers
- Delegate tasks, maintain efficiency, and ensure a clean, professional worksite
SCHEDULE:
This Lead HVAC Installer - HVAC Installation Technician position works full-time with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification
- Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components
- Proficiency in soldering techniques
- NATE certification
