Join the Mango Mango team in Morganville, NJ as a Wait Staff - Team Member, where you'll play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences through excellent service and teamwork. Working with a small team of 3-5 members, you will support assist with food plating, and help ensure smooth restaurant operations. This position offers flexible scheduling and regular opportunities for cross-training

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and take orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization dining areas
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance throughout all tasks
• Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt and friendly guest service
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and transactions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team and guests
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using POS systems such as Toast or Micros
• Knowledge of cafe operations
• Background in hospitality settings such as hotels or banquet services
