Outpatient Pediatrician - Established Practice | No Call | Flexible Schedule
A well-established, family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physician to join its growing team. The practice has proudly served the community for over 30 years and maintains a strong, loyal patient base. This opportunity offers a supportive work environment in a large, independent facility with room for expansion, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care without the demands of hospital responsibilities.
This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities, offering excellent work-life balance. Flexible scheduling options are available, with optional Saturday coverage for providers seeking additional hours.
Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skill
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 annually (based on experience)
