Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff: cashiers, bussers, and delivery drivers
- Ensure excellent customer service satisfaction
- Oversee orders in-person, online, by phone, and wait times
- Train new employees on service standards and company policies
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Make sure to keep a clean and organized front of house environment - Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to maintain a seamless customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role
- Proficiency in LINGA POS or a similar point-of-sale system
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of catering procedures and event planning
- Ability to train new staff members and conduct future interviews
- A basic background in the food industry
*A Food Safety Certification of 5 years is required for this position, if you do not have this the employer will pay and provide you with one.
*The application process will require a 2-interview process.
* The knowledge of how to speak and or understand basic Spanish is an advantage.
