Sales Coordinator - Remote | WFH
Initial Term: 12 months (with the potential for extension) About the Role Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team. In this role, you'll assist with everything from product data management to trade show coordination, ensuring smooth execution of sales programs and initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting sales efforts that drive business growth. What You'll Do Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including managing formulary cards, samples, cost comparisons, order issues, and other key tasks.
Maintain the Sales & Marketing Hub, keeping brand materials, rosters, and tools up to date.
Ensure accurate product data entry and maintenance across multiple product databases (Cerebro, AccurateConversion, Hybris).
Assist with sales strategies, program execution, and RFPs.
Manage product data updates for tools like cross-references, stocking forms, distributor listings, and spec sheets.
Support National Accounts with ad hoc sample requests, program coordination, and data management.
Coordinate regional trade shows, track budgets, and manage event logistics.
Process purchase orders and payments using SAP. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: 2-3 years of administrative or sales support experience.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and experience with data entry systems.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Organization & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Creative thinking with a strong focus on execution and attention to detail.
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across various levels of the organization.
Adaptability: Able to navigate a dynamic environment where flexibility is key. Compensation & Benefits Pay: Up to $28.20 per hour + overtime opportunities
