Mortgage Loan Closer
- Handle live inbound calls and qualify borrowers
- Guide clients through mortgage programs, rates, and options
- Originate loans in your licensed states
- Collect and review borrower documents
- Partner with processors and underwriters to close quickly
- Consistently follow up with customers in a professional manner
- Active NMLS and MLO state license(s) is required
- 1+ year of mortgage origination experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Remote role with flexible hours
