What You'll Do: 

  • Coordinate resident admissions, room changes, and transitions in accordance with community procedures
  • Monitor resident health and wellness through routine observations and ongoing evaluations
  • Deliver professional nursing services that align with individualized care goals and established standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, including care provided and medication administration
  • Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and the development of personalized support plans
  • Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to encourage a positive resident experience and overall well-being


What You'll Need: 

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
  • Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required)
  • Previous long-term care or assisted living experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
