Position Overview:
Our client is a thriving community outpatient medical center seeking a dedicated Otolaryngologist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered ENT care. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients presenting with a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions
- Perform in-office procedures including, but not limited to, ear tube placements, tonsillectomies, and sinus surgeries
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with established standards
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute actively to quality improvement initiatives
- Remain current with advancements and best practices in the field of Otolaryngology
- Communicate with professionalism and clarity with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of ENT health
- Adhere to all applicable ethical and legal standards of medical practice
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Valid state medical license
- Strong clinical acumen and comprehensive knowledge of ENT conditions and treatments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic clinical environment
- Compassionate, patient-first approach to clinical practice
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based care model
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advances in the field
