Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work when available

Pay Rate: $80-$100k - depending on skills & experience

Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy assessments of homes to identify energy-saving opportunities
• Create a comprehensive work scope that outlines the specific measures needed to improve energy efficiency
• Work closely with our home performance team to recommend appropriate energy-saving measures
• Monitor progress of energy-saving measures and provide feedback to the home performance team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy auditing or a related field
• Building Science Institute Certification - BA-T and/or BA-P
  
• Valid Driver's License
  
• Ability to identify and diagnose energy efficiency issues in homes
• Familiarity with energy-saving measures, including insulation, air sealing, and HVAC systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
