We are seeking an entry level Accountant in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivables, journal entries, and more. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Enter invoices and oversee billing processes.
• Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, and provide general ledger support to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist with maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
• Utilize Accounting Software to record and organize financial data.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
