Help keep the cold chain moving. As a Lift‑Truck Technician on our team, you’ll protect product integrity and delivery timelines by moving inventory precisely and safely during the 5pm -130 am shift.

Your Impact

From first scan to final load, you’ll be the link that transforms inbound pallets into accurate shipments. You will:

1. Receive, store, and ship food products with zero‑compromise attention to safety and quality.
2. Operate a range of MHE—sit‑down/stand‑up forklifts, high‑reach, stand‑up straddle trucks, walk‑behinds, and single/double pallet jacks—using RF equipment to track every move.
3. Pick and assemble customer orders, label and sort cartons, and wrap, pack, or repack as directed by leadership.
4. Inspect freight for accuracy and condition, flagging any damage or infestation immediately.
5. Meet throughput targets while keeping your area clean, organized, and audit‑ready.
6. Support cycle counts/inventory, facility cleaning, and forklift battery changes; take on other duties as needed.

Growth Profile

• High school diploma/GED preferred; at least three (3) months of relevant experience preferred.
• Independent problem‑solver who shows up on time and can flex for overtime, evenings, or weekends when assigned.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑committed, and safety‑minded.

Conditions to Thrive In

You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced cold chain environment and capable of the following:

• Frequent equipment operation; ability to sit, talk, hear, use close vision, and handle or feel with hands and fingers; occasional distance vision, standing, kneeling, or crouching.
• Navigating areas with 55 inches of headroom .
• Working in controlled temps from 32°F down to −45°F , plus outdoor conditions as needed.
• Reaching heights up to 30 ft. to access elevated products from within a safety cage.
• Rebuilding pallets and tolerating up to 5 hours of standing in an 8-10-12 hour shift ; occasional walking, climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lifting 10–55 lbs. to 80 inches and up to 70 lbs. to 50 inches while rebuilding pallets; carrying loads 6 ft. without mechanical assist.
• Wearing cold‑protective gear: boots, gloves, headgear, and appropriate clothing.
• Maintaining vision capabilities across close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception with focus adjustment.

Compensation

The Company’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for this position is $22.50 hourly. Rate may vary based on work location.”
