We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Thrive team! At Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab we are dedicated to providing patient-centered care by reimagining the healthcare experience. Responsibilities
- Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
- Conduct evaluations and create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their individual goals
- Work closely with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care
- Maintain records of patient therapy and progress
Qualifications
- Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to improvement - both personal and professional
- Ability to multitask
- The ability to stay positive and compassionate with patients
