Position: Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)
Setting: In-Home and Center-Based
Hours: Part-Time (Afternoon Shifts)
Pay: $24-$32/hour

We're seeking caring and dependable individuals to deliver in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, helping children develop essential skills and supporting their families along the way.

What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes or at our centers

• Implement behavior plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

• Track progress and submit session notes with professionalism and clarity

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation

• ABA experience preferred
