Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time | Brick, NJ (3PM–11PM)

Pay: A base of $20.20/hour and Up to $24.20/hour with a shift differential & overtime availability

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, includes two weekend days

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in our group homes, apartments, and supported living programs.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Encourage personal development and community involvement through recreation, social outings, and goal-based activities.
• Ensure the safety, health, and dignity of each individual while maintaining accurate electronic documentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team and supervisors to uphold The Arc’s mission and values.

No experience required—we provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Compassion, reliability, and teamwork
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points
• 18 years or older
• At least one year of longevity with a previous employer
