Garden State Veterinary Specialists (GSVS) – Eatontown, NJ is Hiring!

We are seeking Veterinary Technicians to join our team, including:

• Daytime & Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technicians
• Specialty Veterinary Technicians (ICU)

Role Overview

Technicians work closely with specialists using advanced diagnostics and treatments. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with anesthesia, sedation, and procedures
• Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy
• Setting up CRIs and performing medical calculations
• Radiology positioning and safety
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate care
• Preparing blood/plasma transfusions
• Collecting diagnostic samples and maintaining records
• Client education

Qualifications

• CVT/LVT/RVT preferred or 2+ years of experience (VTS highly valued)
• Strong anesthesia and lab skills
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and normal ranges
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• $23/hr - $34/hr depending on skills, experience, and credentials + shift differentials
