Research and Development Associate
- Lead formulation and product development from concept through commercialization, ensuring speed-to-market in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Design and execute lab experiments, performance testing, and stability studies independently, serving as a technical SME on cross-functional teams.
- Drive problem-solving and optimization to meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements, while supporting scale-up and manufacturing transfer.
- Collaborate across functions (Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing) and mentor junior team members to uphold best practices and compliance.
- Author technical documentation and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout development processes.
- Bachelor's degree minimum in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in R&D , formulation, or product development in Consumer Goods (not Pharma: if that's your only industry experience it won't be a fit)
- Strong background in FMCG product development in Consumer Goods (surface care, laundry, personal care)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams in parallel and demonstrated experience supporting innovation pipelines and fast-paced product launches
- Nice to have but not required: Spanish language, global product development
