Warehouse Coordinator – 1st Shift | Weekly Pay

Location: Mickleton, NJ (Logan Township)

Shift: 1st Shift — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: Weekly pay offered

Type: Contract-to-Hire (Permanent after 6 months)

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to join our client’s team in a brand‑new, 575,000 sq. ft. facility. This role requires 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience and strong organizational skills. You’ll play a key part in coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring shipments are accurate, timely, and well‑documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks
• Prepare outgoing shipments and manage all related documentation (invoices, bills of lading, etc.)
• Perform data entry and generate reports using WMS/ERP systems
• Maintain accurate warehouse records
• Safely operate sit‑down forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate leadership when needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution logistics
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and basic computer skills (spreadsheets, data entry)
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Solid communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, and data entry
• Knowledge of material handling and supply chain processes
• GMP experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with warehouse staff

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
