ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSBILITIES The e-Commerce Account Associate is responsible for assisting the team in managing all aspects of the e-Commerce business for his/her assigned accounts. The right candidate will have omni-channel marketplace experience with Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com, Homedepot.com, Lowes.com and other key marketplaces. You must possess strong data analysis skills, mathematical acumen, and a positive demeanor. You will have a key role in assisting the team with management and growth of your designated accounts, implementing strategies to ensure the attainment of key financial goals and objectives.
- Develop e-Commerce sales strategies, programs and plans for existing and potential customers. Includes but not limited to assisting in the development of annual business plans and monitoring goals, conducting monthly reviews, preparing marketing calendars for assigned accounts, and leading action item efforts.
- Assisting the team to achieve all e-Commerce financial goals for your designated account(s). Work with the team to own P&L responsibility for annual web sales targets and profitability across a wide digital customer base.
- Will define, identify, and implement customer acquisition strategies.
- Be directly involved in the day-to-day e-Commerce operations, merchandising execution, and maintenance.
- Evaluate market share and competition.
- Ensure the entire web process exceeds expectations from how the brand is perceived to product availability, quality and order processing timeliness.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, product, engineering, supply chain, creative, IT, and customer service to ensure the best possible customer experience is achieved.
- 1-3 years experience as an eComm Sales Account Manager for a Consumer Products Company required
- At least 1 year experience working with Amazon 1P, and 3P required
- BA / BS degree
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- This is a fully on-site position at our Exchange Place, Jersey City, NJ headquarters
