We are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-profile client based in New Jersey who is seeking an exceptional live in nanny for his family home in New Jersey. This is a full time position, six days per week, with an immediate start for the right candidate. The role involves caring for two children aged four and seven within a well organised, busy household with other household staff where professionalism and discretion are essential.

The family are looking for a fluent English speaking nanny with an Eastern European language (as this would be a good cultural fit for the family) who is sporty, proactive and naturally energetic. A confident driver is required, as daily school runs and activities form part of the routine. A car will be provided for professional use. The nanny must be fully committed to the role, without other outside obligations, and comfortable being on call for the children 24 hours per day, six days per week. While the mornings, after school period and bedtime are typically structured and busy, there is downtime during school hours and overnight due to the children’s ages.

The position is live in and the family provide very good accommodation, including a private suite to ensure comfort and privacy. They are seeking someone who is discreet, experienced in working within high net worth households, and who understands how to balance being consistently available for the children while respecting the dynamics of a private home.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the USA However sponsorship is available for the right candidate. A minimum of seven years professional childcare experience is required, with at least two years in one long term position. Previous experience working with HNW families is essential.
