Maintenance Coordinator

We are currently looking for a FT Maintenance Coordinator to manage facility maintenance for all of our locations throughout Ocean County. The Coordinator will work to repair major and minor issues on our properties, oversee a crew of maintenance staff and ensure timeliness and accuracy of jobs. The Coordinator will also be responsible and a point of contact for after-hours, emergency on-call issues. The successful candidate will submit estimates and invoices for major repair work, following all outlined agency protocol. They will work to maintain the outside landscapes of all agency property. They will be responsible for the installation and completion of minor repairs to appliances, furniture, office equipment, etc.

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

1. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading a facility maintenance team.

2. Must have proven experience and advanced knowledge of home repair including carpentry, electrical, pluming and groundskeeping.

3. Must have high attention to detail and have excellent customer service skills.

4. Must be capable of operating all maintenance equipment such as hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lawn equipment.

5. Must have a valid NJ Driver's license in good standing with no more than 5 points.

6. Experience utilizing and managing the work order process through a central database is preferred.

7. Must have a verifiable HS Diploma/ G.E.D.

8. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
