We are seeking a full time associate attorney admitted in New Jersey to practice in the areas of wills/trusts transactions and estate planning.

The successful candidate must have great attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Our firm's atmosphere is a professional and fast-paced environment. It is expected that the successful candidate will spend 1/3 of their time on elder law and estate planning matters, and 2/3 of their time on wills/trusts. We are willing to train the right candidate!

Interest in real estate is a plus.

**Admission in New York, Florida or Pennsylvania a plus.**

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to, drafting wills/trusts/estate planning; and assisting in handling all facets of a real estate transaction, including attending closings. The position is based at our headquarters in Wall Twp, NJ. The candidate will be required to travel to our various locations in NJ and NY.
