Event Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic event and client engagement programs.
  • Analyze event performance and ROI to improve future initiatives.
  • Develop premium client experiences that increase engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate budgets, vendor partnerships, contracts, and event logistics.
  • Create standardized event processes, playbooks, and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally to align event strategy with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee client entertainment programs and special engagement opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to manage on-site event execution.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or client engagement.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale events from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
