Associate Attorney (RI admission)
Wong Fleming seeks a Rhode Island-licensed attorney to work remotely for its headquarters office in Princeton, NJ. Candidate must be able to collaborate with clients and other members of the firm, and have an appreciation for all aspects of the practice of law and the business interests of our clients. We welcome candidates to join one of the largest diverse law firms in the country, representing clients nationwide and globally. Please send your resume, writing sample and salary requirements if you are interested in joining a law firm that represents businesses in commercial and employment litigation, with a focus on creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, insurance coverage and defense, employment defense and intellectual property matters. Our attorneys are AV rated and Bloomberg Law has recently recognized the firm for its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework. In addition to RI, other bar admissions in NY, NJ and PA will be considered, as well.
Requirements
- Admitted to Rhode Island
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Salary pay range
- $80,000 – $115,000 per year
