Receptionist II
Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as a first point of contact in the reception of a workspace.
- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, copying, faxing, taking notes, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Phone coverage, mail sorting, greeting.
- Scheduling appointments.
