Senior Tax Accountant
Kforce's client, a growing midsize Public Accounting firm is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant in Parsippany, NJ. This client offers a good work life balance, benefits, summer Fridays & opportunities to advance! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Preparation of high-net-worth individual returns
- Review of C corp., S corp. partnership and individual income tax returns
- Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Assist with training and supervision of junior staff
- Accounting degree
- CPA or CPA eligible
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Skills in bookkeeping/write-up and income tax/payroll return preparation strongly preferred
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Organizational skills and ability to oversee tasks and supervise
